Vincent Marchesi on Do Somatic Mutations Generate Toxic Aβ Peptides in Sporadic Alzheimer Disease?
COMMENT Dr. Nardelli may have heard of the infamous Willie Sutton, a notorious American bank robber. When caught by the police, he was asked why he robbed banks so often. He replied "because that's where the money is". Many of us focus on APP and A
Chris Exley on Rapid appearance and local toxicity of amyloid-beta plaques in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease.
COMMENT I agree with Peter Lansbury. This is a beautiful piece of research, though the rapidity with which distinct plaques could be visualized is not surprising to those of us who have studied the deposition of beta-amyloid in near-physiological milieu in vitro.
