Immunogen/Epitope

This antibody was raised against the native human APP ectodomain (isoform 695, which lacks the KPI domain). The epitope is believed to lie between amino acids 40 and 64.

Specificity

Specific to human APP. Does not cross-react with mouse, rat, dog, or guinea pig.

For western blot, non-reducing conditions are recommended.
