Clonality: monoclonal
Host: Mouse
Isotype: IgM
Source: Formerly available through Dr. Peter Davies. For updated information, contact antibodies@alzforum.org.
Formulation: IC, IF, IH, IP, WB
Reactivity:
Reacts in: Human
Immunogen/Epitope
Tau phosphorylated at threonine-231; also conformation-sensitive.
Specificity
Tau phosphorylated at threonine-231; also conformation-sensitive. Not reactive to normal tau. The TG3 epitope is expressed in mitotic cells but not in quiescent cells, suggesting that mitotic phosphoepitopes may lead to conformational changes.
