I study my undergraduate degree at Michigan State University (MSU) major in human biology and Pre-Med. During my undergraduate research, I worked in Prof. Kuo's lab in biochemistry department. Our lab is developing a therapeutic drug to alleviate or cure Alzheimer's disease. We focus on phosphorylated Tau aggregates and use high throughput method to screen different compounds. I am currently working in Dr. Longo's lab at Stanford University. Our lab has developed several drugs that that target neurotrophic receptors that regulate either P75 or trckB/trckC and has shed a light on curing Alzheimer's disease. I am working on discovering other therapeutic effects of our drugs in Alzheimer’s mouse models.
