  1. I have just read this JN paper on cdk5 regulation and I found it to be one of the best papers on this issue out there. I truly want to express my satisfaction for describing phenomena many others have overseen just for the fact of being in agreement with the view of the well-known people in the field. This data helps explain lots of apparent contradictions, as it shows CDK5 and GSK3 work at the opposites sites of a theoretical balance.
    We have also observed some of the increases in phosphorylation of tau described in this work and I express my satisfaction for such an honest, well done, independent study.
