We have been working with APP+PS1 mice, and we have noted that the mice do seem more hyperactive than the C57B6 mice. We also see cases of alopecia, and we are not sure if it is related to anxiety or if is a genetic dysfunction. Interestingly, the controls from the same litters also seem more hyperactive.
