Transgenic mice overexpressing amyloid beta protein are an incomplete model of Alzheimer disease.

The title of this paper should, apparently really be "Transgenic mice overexpressing amyloid beta protein ALONE are an incomplete ----". When expression of mutated APP is combined with expression of other mutated proteins important in AD pathology these t.g. mice exhibit a rich array of AD characteristics (e.g. LaFerla, 2003).
