This is a fascinating study that uses an in vivo model to explore the role of cell cycle regulators in neurodegeneration. I was unable to download the full paper, and so I'm curious to find out why MPM2 immunoreactivity was not observed. Might it be because cdc2 is not appropriately activated, in the wrong subcellular compartment, or do the cells fail to express cyclin B?
