  1. It is very interesting and desiralbe to enhance the present study because cerebral LRP blockade may be a new anti-AD therapy.

  2. This is a very interesting report. As suggested by the authors, it could lead to the discovery of pharmacological agents that decrease amyloid production by acting on LRP.
