Description
The Dementia Laboratory in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Indiana University is seeking a postdoc to join its team to investigate the molecular mechanisms of neurodegeneration in diseases caused by TDP-43 misfolding.
Requirements
Successful candidates should have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution and possess excellent understanding of basic neurobiology of neurodegenerative diseases and mechanisms of neurodegeneration. Specific responsibilities include keen knowledge of experimental design, underlying scientific principles, the ability to analyze and assess results, and data preparation for papers and grants. The candidate must have excellent spoken and written skills in the English language.
