Overview

In initial testing on western blots, antibody 28A11 reacted with all three isoforms of human ApoE overexpressed in CHO cells.

Antibody 28A11 reacts with all three isoforms of human ApoE overexpressed in CHO cells. Western blots of conditioned media from CHO cells transfected with one of the three major alleles of human APOE, probed with 28A11 hybridoma supernatant or a commercially available anti-ApoE antibody (SC-E8; Santa Cruz #sc-393302). -, medium from untransfected CHO cells.
