Overview

In initial testing on western blots, antibody 1G4 reacted with human TMEM119 overexpressed in HEK293 cells.

Antibody 1G4 recognizes human TMEM119 overexpressed in HEK293 cells. Western blot of lysates of HEK293 cells transfected with empty vector (mock), human TMEM119, or myc-tagged human TMEM119, probed with 1G4 hybridoma supernatant. Asterisk indicates non-specific bands. Generation and epitope mapping

This antibody was generated in rats immunized with a peptide from the cytoplasmic region of human TMEM119, coupled to ovalbumin. Epitope mapping has not been reported.

Specificity

On western blots, 1G4 recognized human TMEM119 overexpressed in HEK293 cells.
