Description

The Karolinska Institute is looking for a talented and highly motivated postdoctoral researcher interested in working with a multi-tracer in vivo PET study, measuring different pathological markers including Aβ and tau deposition, astrogliosis, synapse function and impairment, combined with cognitive tests, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma biomarkers  MRI, and cognition. Researchers expect the applicant to take an active role in applying advanced imaging methods for processing and evaluating PET and MRI imaging data, performing statistical analyses, and preparing scientific manuscripts under supervision. Requirements

The candidate should have obtained a Ph.D. degree in medicine, neuroscience, psychology or a related field. The group seeks a person with hands-on experience in neuroimaging and good statistical knowledge. Social and collaborative skills are very important since the applicant will be working with other members of the research team and collaborators.
