Speakers in this symposium will review clinical tools for the diagnosis and treatment of non-motor symptoms—including cognitive problems, mood disorders, psychosis, depression, dementia, sleep disturbances, pain, hyposmia, and autonomic dysfunction—discuss their underlying neurobiological basis, and address current and emerging preclinical models available for the development of new therapies.
