Topics include:
Comparative Genomics
Sequence Alignment and Assembly
Gene Expression Analysis
Proteomics
Systems Biology
Gene Finding and Genome Annotation
Tutorial Workshops will be held on the afternoon of November 9th:
Microarray data analysis
Mass Spectroscopy: Applications and Data Intepretation
Poster Session Abstracts: Please forward a one-page abstract via email to the contact person above. Abstracts will be reviewed for short presentations and poster session placement. Electronic Posters can be accommodated in the poster session, using the presenter's own wireless laptop computer.
