The center accepts donations from residents of Sweden. Phenotypes collected include Alzheimer’s disease, family history of Alzheimer’s, cognitively normal, healthy normal, dementia with Lewy bodies, frontotemporal dementia, tauopathy, Parkinson’s, CJD, Cadasil, schizophrenia, Down's syndrome, epilepsy, and spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA4). Tissue is taken from whole brain, hemispheres, and spinal cord; it is fixed, frozen, block, and stained. An ethical permit is required. Non-academic customers can contact the bank to inquire about prices.
