Tau (AT8)
Quick Links
Clonality: monoclonal
Host: Mouse
Isotype: IgG1κ
Source: Pierce Thermo Scientific
Catalog #: MN-1020
Formulation: Protein A affinity purified, PBS, no preservative
Reactivity:
Reacts in: Baboon, Human, Rabbit, Hamster, Avian (various), Drosophila
Availability: Confirmed available April 2015.
Immunogen/Epitope
immunogen = partially purified human paired helical filament tau.
Specificity
Recognizes tau protein phosphorylated at both serine 202 (Ser202) and threonine 205 (Thr205). Does not cross-react with unphosphorylated forms of tau.
