Immunogen/Epitope

peptide RS3 was designed to represent cognate regions for the 3R-tau isoforms. The RS3 sequence represents the contiguous sequences at the junction of exons 9 and 11 in the absence of exon 10

Specificity

3R-tau. No cross-reactivity was observed either at high recombinant protein concentrations or after prolonged exposure
