Specificity
generic epitope common to prefibrillar oligomers and not fibrils, monomers or natively folded precursor proteins. Stains small focal or punctuate deposits in AD tissue does not stain diffuse plaques or other plaque types. Stains Aβ and polyQ prefibrillar oligomers.
