Overview

Monoclonal antibody 5B10 reacts with human CLEC7A. In initial testing, the antibody was shown to work as a detection reagent in western blots.

Monoclonal antibody 5B10 recognizes human CLEC7A overexpressed in HEK293 cells. Western blot of lysate of HEK cells transfected with murine Clec7a, human CLEC7A, or empty vector (mock), probed with hybridoma supernatant. 5B10 recognizes human, but not murine, CLEC7A. Generation and epitope mapping

This antibody was generated in rats immunized with a peptide from the cytoplasmic region of CLEC7A, coupled to ovalbumin. Epitope mapping has not been reported.

Specificity

On western blots, the antibody recognizes human, but not mouse, CLEC7A overexpressed in HEK293 cells.

Validation
