Behavioral
Homozygous mice are viable, no physical or behavioral abnormalities at birth, 14 weeks. Decreased locomotor activity, 14 weeks. Lesser forelimb grips, 14 weeks. Decreased body mass, 14 weeks. Spontaneous seizures, 14 weeks.
