  1. This is a very interesting report. As suggested by the authors, it could lead to the discovery of pharmacological agents that decrease amyloid production by acting on LRP.

  2. It is very interesting and desiralbe to enhance the present study because cerebral LRP blockade may be a new anti-AD therapy.
