Probably the most important sentence of the paper is already part of the abstract: "Although there was a similar dose-response relationship observed in the hippocampus volume and ADAS-cog Final model analyses, the overall changes in psychometric scores and hippocampus volume were not significantly correlated." Without this correlation, the relevance of these post-hoc findings is even more questionable and it is unfortunate that his paper is now used for promoting tramiprostate as a medical food product.
