REAGENTS/MATERIAL:

Immunohistochemical analyses were performed with Anti-CryAB antibody (SPA-223) and anti-HSP25 (SPA-801) from Stressgen Biotechnologies (Victoria, Canada), anti-FLAG from Stratagene, and anti-HSP70 (W27) and anti-HA (Y11) from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Anti-cTnI antibody (MAB1691) was from Chemicon International (Temecula, CA). Anti-amyloid oligomer antibody either was made by using a micelle molecular mimic of soluble Ab oligomer or was purchased from BioSource International (Camarillo, CA), and anti-myc tag antibody was from Invitrogen.
