	I recommend this paper Melatonin is a potent local antioxidant in brain, most secreted during sleep. The introduction of artificial light in the beginning of the twentieth century may be a factor in the Alzheimer's epidemic. More at www.longevinst.org/nlt/alzheimer.htm.
