I have conducted well over 130 trials in Alzheimer's. Despite four of them receiving FDA approval those drugs have minimal to no benefit versus the risks and toxicity. I have a provisional patent on a long-acting salsalate molecule which may stop, delay and even prevent Alzheimer's. I am working on a biomarker that may revolutionize the diagnosis presymptomatically as well as confirmation of symptomatic patients in my practice of AD and worldwide.
