I am working for a hypothesis, to develop a drug target site for modification of Alzheimer's disease. This target site is totally different from in practice target sites to treat Alzheimer's disease. Any pharmaceutical company, interested to develop a drug for AD, could contact with me for this hypothesis, but preserving the confidentiality, first.

What piece of missing evidence would help prove it?
A-beat is not the definite cause for Alzheimer's disease. Some pathological events cause the A-beta to adapt pathological role, but initially some molecules (in hypothesis clearly mentioned) initiate disease process but moderate stage of disease, load of A-beta is quite enough to takeover the pathological role.
