Hello,

I have used an NFKB antibody from Novus Biologicals and it worked well.  They have images and helpful Tech support as well.

Does anyone know of an antibody to Ab40 that does not require formic acid?
 
We have antibodies that stain Ab42 and pyroglut 3 that do not require formic acid and would like to use the same antigen retrieval method for all 3 antibodies.

I am studying APP in the retina. It seem that the processing of APP in the retina differs from that in the brain, because I found high molecular weight (50-70 kDa) fragments of APP in retina extract. Could you tell me how I can differentiate full length APP from sAPP alpha by western blot?
